Our Inch Loss Program is an exercise and nutrition program designed to help you lose weight and tone up! In the program you will receive 4 group personal training sessions per week (max 5 participants). In the sessions you will receive fantastic coaching to help you reach your fitness and health goals and in the program we will guide you through your personal goals, progress tracking, nutrition and exercise programs. You will also receive a number of other great benefits such as a great support network, extra support from a trainer, new friends and more….

All this for £24.99 per month (less than £1.60 per session)

“I have been a member of Fitness 206 since it was established in 2015, and a member of the program since its inception at the start of the year. My class consists of 4 people with a friendly atmosphere. We are all different ages and have varying levels of ability. With one common goal of getting fit and losing weight.

The classes vary from week to week, working on specific body parts and stamina. This keeps the sessions fresh and interesting. What I find good about the sessions is that you don’t have to be an expert. Most of the exercises focus on resistance, mobility and posture. From basic circuit training to high intensity there is something for everybody, and believe me they get results!

I have lost a staggering 4 inches from my waist dropping my pant size from 38 inches – 34 inches in a short period of time. Along with the nutritional advice and support, the setting of targets and the motivation within your group you can’t go wrong. I feel much fitter and healthier, not only physically but also mentally since the beginning of the inch loss program. With this I am now in training to run the Manchester half marathon at the end of May.”
