We are here to help. In our Inch Loss Program our trainers will guide you through the steps to take to reach your desired goals (and not end up back where you started). We have worked with 100’s of people who have made the same mistakes as we all have when we try to lose weight.

The aim of the program is to guide you through your journey to ensure that you don’t make these same mistakes, we also aim to help you understand your nutrition and realise that you can still eat the foods you like and reach your goals. Many of our members still drink alcohol, eat chocolate, go out for meals, enjoy their life and still lose weight!

In the program you will receive:

2-4 semi private personal training sessions per week, Personalised nutrition programs, Plan of action we work together to create,Bi-weekly measurements and weigh ins to keep track of progress, Progress booklets, 24/7 support from a trainer,Access to a private Facebook group with regular updates, 24/7 Access to the gym, Access to all other classes on our gym membership including Bootcamp and more…

I have been a member of Fitness 206 since 2015 and a member of the program since it started at the beginning of 2017. This is the first time I have trained as part of a group and I feel this is benefiting me massively. We are all different ages and we have our own individual goals and the level of ability varies however this does not single anyone out. Since the beginning of the year I have lost several inches off my waist and have increased my strength a great deal. I have used some of the exercises in the program and put them into my own workout. Josh has given great nutritional advice and has made it clear what food types I should be in taking. I would definitely recommend the program to anyone who is wanting to either lose weight, tone up or just generally get stronger. It’s a fun, positive environment and the trainers are very good at tailoring the program to your fitness needs.

I have been working out alone for a few years but I wasn’t seeing any difference. I started training with Fitness 206 mainly to lose weight, to tone and strengthen up. So far after only being with the training programme for 3 months they have helped me to gain so much more than this! Each session is inspiring and enjoyable, using a variety of different weights and body exercises mixing it up in each session, my strength and fitness has improved so much in such a short space of time (as well as my confidence). Using kettle bells and various body weight exercises, They understand your levels and tailor each session around that. Their advice on nutrition along with being nothing but supportive, motivating and encouraging is excellent and I am so glad I started on the programme. They are very committed to each person to help them to achieve their goals and I am looking forward to reach more of these. I cannot recommend the programme enough!

I joined the Inch Loss Program in March 2018. I have been a member of lots of gyms in the past and never attended any of them!. I have never lifted weights or used Gym equipment which is why the inch loss program appealed to me. The trainers are there to demonstrate, guide and encourage you. They push you to achieve more than you think you could, whilst still giving you realistic goals that are achievable. My aim was to become fitter and stronger, get rid of my bingo wings, and have a body I could be proud of at 45. It is still a work in progress but I am pleased to report the bingo wings have completely gone. I have lost weight and two dress sizes! But more importantly I feel I am fitter and stronger then I have ever been and I actually look forward to the sessions I love working in a small group. The exercise seems easier, we encourage each other and laugh a lot!! I could the 12 Week Body Transformation Program highly enough.

“I have been a member of Fitness 206 since it was established in 2015, and a member of the program since its inception. My class consists of 6 people with a friendly atmosphere. We are all different ages and have varying levels of ability. With one common goal of getting fit and losing weight. The classes vary from week to week, working on specific body parts and stamina. This keeps the sessions fresh and interesting. What I find good about the sessions is that you don’t have to be an expert. Most of the exercises focus on resistance, mobility and posture. From basic circuit training to high intensity there is something for everybody, and believe me they get results! I have lost a staggering 4 inches from my waist dropping my pant size from 38 inches – 34 inches in a short period of time. Along with the nutritional advice and support, the setting of targets and the motivation within your group you can’t go wrong. I feel much fitter and healthier, not only physically but also mentally since the beginning of the program. With this I am now in training to run the Manchester half marathon at the end of May.”
