Level 2 CYQ Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Exercise and Physical Activity for Children),

Health, Safety, Security and Employment Standards level 3 diploma,

Anatomy and Physiology level 3,

Swedish Massage level 3 diploma,

Level 3 NVQ in instructing Exercise and Fitness (Personal Trainer),

REPS Registered,

Also specialises in kettlebell training and TRX training.
