“I have been a member of Fitness 206 since 2015 and a member of the program since it started at the beginning of 2017. This is the first time I have trained as part of a group and I feel this is benefiting me massively. We are all different ages and we have our own individual goals and the level of ability varies however this does not single anyone out. Since the beginning of the year I have lost several inches off my waist and have increased my strength a great deal. I have used some of the exercises in the program and put them into my own workout. Josh has given great nutritional advice and has made it clear what food types I should be in taking.
